This home is best suited for guests seeking a quiet, upscale countryside experience—whether for a family getaway, wedding weekend, retreat, or extended stay.

You have access to full access to the house, trails, and vineyard.

While The Grapevine House offers a secluded retreat, accessing local amenities and attractions is convenient. Guests have access to ample parking on the property. The drive to the town of Nashville is a short 6 minutes, and a bike ride takes approximately 15 minutes. For those flying in, please note that the nearest airport will likely require a car or taxi service, so plan accordingly for your arrival and departure.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and security deposit. The $500 deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.

Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet-friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors are allowed; all guests must be registered.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service, and pest control management that may come during your stay.

** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring the front door, common spaces outside, and the driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area, and no recording takes place.

Note: This property has a full-time staff member that lives on the property in a separate dwelling.
