The space
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 1921 historic home. You'll have private rear access with a door code and a door code for the apartment. There are only 3 apartments on site. Be sure to enjoy the outdoor picnic area for relaxing. A parking spot is also available in the driveway free of charge.

Guest access

Other things to note
The laundry room and courtyard are shared spaces. A pack n' play is available upon request.

Note: Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

No pets allowed.

**Max occupancy at all times is 3. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.

We use integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at Dream Vacations And Rental. It will send you messages with instructions and guide you through a screening process and contract, which are required to release check-in instructions.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.

Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

The laundry room and courtyard are shared spaces. A high chair and pack n play are available upon request.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and wavier or the deposit collection. The waiver does not apply to a one night reservation.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay, and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00 of accidental damages.

Note:
*The $49 waiver does not apply to same-day bookings, 1-night reservations, local guests, and reservations of more than 28 nights.
*Reservations from Bookxxg will be required to have the $500 refundable security deposit.
