The space
This private studio apartment is located in a 1921 home on the second floor. You have a private rear entry with door code and then a private door code for the apartment. Sq ft, approximately 450-500 sq ft.

Other things to note:

1. This unit has street parking only. Also, please keep in mind that it's a historic Florida property.

2. Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

3. No pets allowed.

4. We use integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at Dream Vacations And Rental. It will send you messages with instructions and guidance through a screening process and contract, which are required to release check-in information.

5. Max occupancy at all times is 2. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.

Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay, and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00 of accidental damages.

*The $49 waiver does not apply to same-day bookings, 1-night reservations, local guests, and reservations of more than 28 nights.
*Reservations from Bookxxg will require the $500 refundable security deposit.
