Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and security deposit collection.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay, and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.

• Booking & Check-In: After booking, you will receive an email to access our Guest Portal. This system will guide you through a required screening process, which includes ID verification and deposit. Please note that same-day bookings require at least 4 hours to process.
• Security Deposit: To ensure a worry-free stay, we require one of the following: 1. A $500 refundable
security deposit, returned after your stay if no damages or rule violations occur. 2. A $49 non-refundable damage waiver, which covers up to $500 in accidental damages. Please Note: The $49 waiver is not available for same-day bookings, 1-night stays, local guests, or reservations longer than 28 nights. Reservations made through certain platforms will require the $500 refundable deposit.
• Family Amenities: A pack 'n play and a high chair are available upon request for our younger guests. (It's subject to availability)
• Property Maintenance: To keep our home in excellent condition, regular landscaping and pest control
services may occur during your stay.
• Security: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras.
