When you enter the apartment, you'll immediately notice that you are not in your average cookie-cutter apartment. Designed by Donald Singer, who had come to Fort Lauderdale in 1964 and built this four-unit Colee Hammock apartment building that is still regarded as one of the architectural highlights of the city. Its sleek modern lines and unique placement of a single oak tree in an enclosed courtyard for each unit are a marvel to behold. The apartment is about 800 sq ft, and it's equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is free WiFi. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a smart TV you can use to log into your favorite streaming channels. The bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and plenty of closet space for your clothes. The bedroom leads to a patio where you can relax and enjoy the Florida air. In the kitchen, there is a small table for eating or drinking. The kitchen is equipped with the basics so you can enjoy a nice meal. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed if needed. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap, and shampoo. Note: the property does not have a washer and dryer or a dishwasher. There is central air. Note: the A/C is set at between 72 and 75. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered. **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay. We use integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.
