The space
Our apartment is uniquely designed. When you enter the apartment, you'll immediately notice that you are not in your average cookie-cutter apartment.

Designed by Donald Singer, who had come to Fort Lauderdale in 1964 and built this four-unit Colee Hammock apartment building that is still regarded as one of the architectural highlights of the city. Its sleek modern lines and unique placement of a single oak tree in an enclosed courtyard for each unit are a marvel to behold.

In the kitchen, there is a small table for eating or drinking. The kitchen is equipped with the basics so you can enjoy a nice meal.

The living room has a couch and a Murphy bed (see photos of it closed in a black closet and opened).
The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap, and shampoo.
Note: The property does not have a washer and dryer, nor does it have a dishwasher.

There is central air. Note: the A/C is set at between 68 and 78.

Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, and the BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)

Guest access
The entire house plus the backyard is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.

Other things to note:
Please please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the property with respect. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site, and we do not provide service between 10 pm and 8 am. Also, parking is limited to one car.

Note: Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet-friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet and a weight limit of under 25 lbs.

**Max occupancy at all times is 2. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at Dream Vacations And Rental. It will send you messages with instructions and guidance through a screening process and contract, which are required to release check-in instructions.

The entire apartment

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.

Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and waiver or deposit collection.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay, and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

*The $49 waiver does not apply to same-day bookings, 1-night reservations, local guests, and reservations of more than 28 nights.
*Reservations from Bookxxg will require the $500 refundable security deposit.
